Madalyn Rae is the pen name for someone who can’t show the people in her life that she writes about werewolves, vampires, penises (I still don’t know the correct plural for that word) and heaven forbid—sex.
In her everyday life, she is a teacher of tiny humans and an avid music lover. She is the mother of two adult children and one adult husband. (That wasn’t a typo) She lives in the best climate in America and enjoys the Gulf Coast whenever she’s not too lazy to fight with the tourists for a seat on the sand.
Madalyn’s stories stem from her overactive imagination and dreams. She writes what her characters tell her to write, and she hopes you enjoy reading them as much as she enjoys writing them!
It is super hard to let this world go. It's so easy to get caught up in the life and times of Adria and Murphy that it's a little hard to leave them! I hope Madalyn plans a return to their world--even if it's just for a glimpse now and again.
Adria, as one might expect from the events of the last book, doesn't start off at full force, but once her grandfather talks some sense into her, she's back to the Adria we once knew and loved. Shu is still his regular self, but I really enjoyed getting to see Shu grow as a person (uh deity?) as he took on more of a role in this book and formed more of a relationship with Adria as they all come together to search for Murphy.
I'm sad to see their story come to an end, but am excited to see what she comes up with next!
Wow, I really loved this series & am so sad it’s over. As with the first 2 books, I really wish there was more detail. The fast pace just doesn’t do this story justice.
I absolutely loved this book. This is book 3 of the elementals series. It was a great way to end the series and explained all of the questions we had from the others. I honestly wish there was more. I fell in love with these characters. I laughed with them, I cried with them, and I fought with them. Amazing read.
