This booklet captures the importance of conserving traditional environmental knowledge regarding plants, animals and natural resources via community based research which encompasses knowledge amassed and various empirical observations by generations of aboriginal peoples. Areas of focus were the Solomon Islands, African Sahel and Northern Thailand.
