About the author

Dr. Eric N. Berkowitz earned a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts in 1971, a M.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts in 1972 and a Ph.D. from the Ohio State University in 1976.

He is Professor of Marketing Emeritus at the School of Management, The University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

That's a nice book for self-education in the field of healthcare but it's not clear on all points. I would add the point that healthcare is one of our rights and it must not be a part of the business. During preparing coursework, I found here https://eduzaurus.com/free-essay-samp... a lot of materials on this theme. It unfortunates me a lot because our government often violates our rights!
