I hate Bella she is so stupid stubborn and seriously don’t listen and every single time she leaves she causes Carter problems
As much as Carter’s character is obsessive and dominant you can’t do anything but love him because he is so protective of stupid Isabella
I just couldn’t get through this book and took me so much time because how angry I get at her character
I don’t even know if I can handle the third book
Plus I hate Sam she thinks that she can get involved with Triston but blame Bella for being with Carter and she isn’t a good friend
The 4 stars for Carter I should give him 5 for sticking by stupid Bella and her stupid actions that lands them in constant danger

This is the second book in the Feathers and Thorne series. It’s the continuation of Carter’s and Isabella’s steamy love story. I do not like Carter’s nor Sam’s characters. (In my opinion) he’s to eager to wield the belt! And she is held-bent on convincing Isabella to leave Carter and the mafia. Yet, she, herself, is with Carter’s cousin, Tristin, who is in the mafia! Makes no sense to me! That being said, this is an amazing, thrilling, exciting plot. It’s a whirlwind of action, suspense, drama, passion and surprises. There’s never a dull moment and as soon as I started reading, I couldn’t stop. There is a cliffhanger and I cannot wait to see where the story goes from here.

This is an author that I have enjoyed reading from the first book I picked up by her. I enjoy her writing style that brings her books to life on each page. This is the second book in this series that can be read as a stand alone but I highly suggest reading the previous book as well. This is a well written story that is full of spicy romance and suspense. A story that is engaging and hard to put down. Characters that pull you into the story and keep you engaged to the end. A fast paced story that you don't want to miss. I look forward to seeing what is next for this author. Great growth, chemisty and I highly recommend this must read story.

No entiendo porque se le da tanta importancia a Sam, a quien conocía hace dos dias, y tan poca al padre que bi siquiera lo veia ni lo pensaba antes de que muriera.
Carter e Isabella en su segundo libro siguen peleando contra todos, pero ahora lo traiciona Donahue? y siguen estando peor.
Ella descubre que esta embarazada, no se lo dice, la tratan de secuestrar (de nuevo) y ella le dispara, pero se escapa y nadie sabe donde esta.

Basicamente estuvieron super separados y ella no hace nada, y esta dejada de lado en este libro

well then…

I have mixed feelings about this series still, but enough curiosity to keep going to the next one, though it’s getting harder and harder to keep going. Clearly both of the main characters have some SERIOUS flaws, but the fact that they’re ignored by everyone is kind of irritating. Like they are kind of growing as characters a little, but not nearly enough as one would expect. I am going on to book 3, but only bc of my will to not leave a storyline unfinished, otherwise I don’t think I would.

More War than love& Peace

Big yes to needing to read in sequence. Better understanding of who ‘s who. Why are the big mafia bosses so fearing of owning up to falling for a woman? And why can’t they ever have a night of true love instead of always “ whipping with belt causing intense pain, bruises and blood- resulting in scars? Feel that Bella has grown stronger and braver throughout book. Now to #3.

Carter and Isabella's journey of love is a steamy one and once I started reading it I didn't put it down until the last page. So make sure you set aside time to read it. From the intense chemistry and suspense to the page turning storyline and OTT characters this is a great read with an even better ending. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

Bloodstained Wings is an entertaining mafia read that is filled with drama, action, and suspense. The storyline is intriguing with some intense chemistry and plenty of steam. I did feel like Carter was a little to overbearing when it comes to Isabella. I am looking forward to more from this couple.
