The two main characters are Brandon and his twin Lily. LIly is bad physical shape as her kidneys are failing. His kidneys are not a match for hers but there is a way to get them to match and that is to change him into a woman.
He does that for his sister and he deals with the change to his body rather well.
The third character is Bret who is Lily's boyfriend and this is where the story takes a turn that I don't like. It just doesn't fit with how Brandon feels for his sister and what he did for her. I consider it a kind of betrayal and unrealistic.
Disappointing.

Wonderful Story
I loved the relationship that Lily and Brandon have. Even though Brandon messed up, I would love to think that Lily kind of knew that this was all new and uncharted territory for Brandon and herself. Loved the ending where their relationship remained strong and the bond between siblings is stronger than a one time mistake. Please don’t stop writing these kinds of stories. Awesome job!

Crazy
Unbelievable that this could happen but story was still good.I personally would have liked to see more of her learning about sex as a woman .However story was easy to read and enjoyable.Would like to see sequel to see how she deals with new body and see if her relationship with her sister is handled.
