This helps

I came to the realization that my cancer therapies of nearly ten years ago left me struggling with chemo brain So I did some research and learned that CBT is quite helpful. I am presently researching this and find that I am making some progress. Not only that, but CBT is helping in other ways also. I am once more finding myself to be very grateful. I know I have a lot of work ahead of me, but now I have a real goal. I know that I won't recover everything, but I am grateful to be alive and to be recovering hope.
