SHARP EDGE is the fourth (and final?) instalment in Kat Bammer’s contemporary, adult SECURITY OPERATIONS GROUP BRAVO romantic suspense series. This is single mother/café owner Felicia Cleaver and former Army Ranger , DEA agent Jeremy ‘Edge’ Mulberry’s story line. SHARP EDGE can be read as a stand alone but for back story and cohesion, I recommend reading the series in order. The SECURITY OPERATIONS GROUP BRAVO is a spin off, set in the Moon Lake Protectors series.
NOTE: Due to the nature of the story line premise, there WILL BE triggers for more sensitive readers
Told from dual first person perspectives (Felicia and Jeremy) SHARP EDGE follows rekindling relationship between our story line couple. Approximately seven year earlier Felicia Cleaver and Jeremy Mulberry spent one glorious night together but Felicia ghosted Jeremy the next morning, neither one knowing the other’s name. Fast forward to present day, Jeremy Mulberry is in town for work, and comes face to face with his one-night stand, the woman he never forgot, a woman running from an abusive ex but Jeremy’s life is about to come full-circle when he discovers the woman bore his son, a child he knew nothing about. With the Sormiza Cartel closing in, Felicia and her son Bobby become targets, in a game of betrayal and revenge. What ensues is the second chance romance between Jeremy and Felicia, and the potential fall-out as Felicia goes missing, a statistic of a human trafficking ring set up near Moon Lake.
The world building focuses on the group of former Rangers and SEALs who have sworn to protect those unable to protect themselves but Jeremy never expected to come face to face with his past, a past he wants to claim forever.
The relationship between Jeremy and Felicia began as a one-night stand in which neither one knew anything about the other. Seven years would pass before they would come face to face, seven years in which neither one forgot about the other. The $ex scenes are intimate and passionate without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.
There is a large ensemble cast of colorful and familiar secondary and supporting characters from both of the aforementioned series- SECURITY OPERATIONS GROUP BRAVO and the Moon Lake Protectors series. There is definite camaraderie and friendships, as well as familiarity between the the characters from both series.

Seven years later and Jeremy ‘Edge’ Mulberry hasn’t forgotten her. It might have been agreed as a one night of no names. However, she changed his life, and he still looks for her constantly.
It was a night Felicia Cleaver will never forget. She has after all got a physical reminder of the best night of her life, and memories that keep her going every day. Putting on her big girl panties is going to be hard, but she needs to make changes, or something drastic is going to happen.
These two come together again in an OMG moment, little realising they had been living so close to each other. I loved how the author portrayed the push and pull of their new relationship, easily showing Felicia’s, and Jeremy’s insecurities, and their willingness to work their way forward.
If Felicia can just believe in herself, and her rotten ex hasn’t ruined the possibility of her HEA then they have a good chance at forever.
This is an excellent age gap story. It’s not often I read these however, the dynamics between Edge and Feli just works. Throw in a good plot, with nice twists and the backup from the SOGB team what’s not to love.
I have enjoyed each of the books so far in the SOGB series, and hope there’s more to come

Another awesome story in the SOGB series. Even after seven years, Jeremy still can’t forget Felicia and their ONS. Their mutually agreement of no names, numbers or any information backfired on the both of them and they’ve both been searching for each other. Their first meeting after so many years comes by complete coincidence and they find out they’ve actually been living close to each other for a while. They still have the chemistry and the draw towards each other but will they be able to overcome their insecurities and finally be together? Feli and Jeremy are amazing characters. Feli doubts herself because of her past relationship and Jeremy sees her pain but doesn’t want to push her into anything too soon thus creating other problems. He wants to become a family with Feli and Bobby and is ready to do anything to make this happen. This was another edge of your seat read that will have you wanting more. We see previous characters and how their stories keep intertwining with the new stories in the series. All these characters feel like family. I can’t wait for the next big protective guy to lose his heart to the love of his life. I received an arc copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

They both have demons to conquer, insecurities and fears to tame, and have a dangerous situation to face and work through, but they both want a future together. They just have to fight and wade through all the baggage first. I loved the dynamics between the friends and colleagues, the teasing, the advice and the support. It makes this book, the whole series really, much more enjoyable.

Part of the Security Operation Bravo series each one can be read as a standalone an overprotective older guy and the much younger women who captured his attention. Seven years ago, café owner Felicia and retired army rancher, DEA agent Jeremy aka Edge so drawn to each other unable to ignore the magnetic pull between them giving in to just one night and she walks away. Neither have ever forgotten the other fast forward seven years and fate has given them a second chance she is running from an abusive ex. with a little boy who looks an awful lot like him and he is in town on a job but with them getting to know each other, the cartel closing in all around them but when their son is kidnapped they must trust each other, relay on each , can she learn to believe in herself, can she be honest about her feelings, will she open herself up again, will they find their boy, will they stop the trafficking ring putting the bad guys behind bars where they belong, and can they find happiness becoming a family?

I liked this book. Felicia and Jeremy met one night in a club and spent an intense night together without exchanging names. They didn't meet again until seven years later. Jeremy is a DEA agent and Felicia owns a shop in a small town. Each has looked unsuccessfully for the other for the past seven years, unable to let go of the connection they had formed. They encounter one danger after another as they get to know each other again.
There was plenty of action in this book, as well as an intense connection between the main characters. At times it was hard to follow all the characters because there seemed to be a lot of unexplained backstory from previous books. The story often seemed disjointed and confusing. Even so, it was fun to read.
I would recommend this book to anyone who likes romantic suspense.

I absolutely loved this addition to the Security Operations Group Bravo. I loved catching up with everyone we’ve come to know throughout Kat’s series, but I especially enjoyed reading about Felicia and Jeremy and how they get a second chance, after seven long years. Jeremy kept Feli’s scrunchy from their one night stand and she kept a soap from the hotel. Even though they only spent the one night together, they each made a lasting impression on the other. Grab your copy of this great story and see what happens when they come face to face for the first time seven years later. Is their chemistry still there or have they moved on? No spoilers, but I bet you’ll love Jeremy. I’m looking forward to reading what Kat Bammer has for us next.

Worth the wait
I waited for this book and it was so worth the wait. Let me say first, I have read and collected the Moon Lake series and then the SOG series. This book can be read as a stand alone but to get more understanding you should start in Moon Lake and then the Security Operations Group books. The characters truly make the books that much better.

This is the 4th book in the Security Operations Bravo series featuring the steamy emotional age-gap second chance romance between ex Army Ranger Jeremy and Felicia. Seven years ago Jeremy and Felicia had a one-night stand where they never exchanged names. Jeremy never stopped thinking of her and wishing that he'd gotten her name since he fell for her that night. He's spent years searching for her with no luck then they finally meet again when Felicia's son is kidnapped. I don't want to say anymore and ruin it for anyone else with spoilers. You really need to read this steamy emotional age-gap second chance romance full of danger, secrets and twists and turns that will keep you turning the pages to see what's going to happen next. I recommend reading this book.

This is the first book in this series that I’ve read and I would STRONGLY recommend reading them in order because there are so many interconnected and layered relationships. That said though, I loved Felicia and Jeremy’s story. An anonymous one-night stand that changes both their lives. Though Felicia loses her way for a while, she eventually stands up for herself. And Jeremy - his desire for and attraction to Felicia were constant though he didn’t know where she was for years. No matter where he was, he was always looking for her wherever he was. They found each other, after years of being close to each other, and still their path wasn’t smooth. But their love was really a shining beacon. When you know, you know. You’ll never be the same. LOVED IT!

I loved Sharp Edge Book 4 of Security Operations Group. Felicia is strong, she will get away from her abusive ex. She wishes she has her mystery man from seven years ago. Jeremy has been searching for his girl fir seven years. He looks for her in every face and every room. Imagine their surprise when they find each other and they have mutual friends. Felicia also has a surprise for Jeremy but danger finds them and they have a lot of danger to get through before they can have their HEA. Lots of danger, suspense and steamy scenes. I loved the storyline and the characters. I was so happy they finally found each other. I would definitely recommend this book and the series.

After a one night stand with Jeremy seven years ago, Felicia is in trouble and her son is kidnapped, she asks for Jeremy's help.
I enjoyed alpha Jeremy who knew he was looking for her for so long and wasn't going to let her go without a fight but once he realised her secret there was no hope he would lose her.
Very well written with relatable characters and an engaging plot that had me in suspense from the start.

Sharp Edge is a compelling second chance romance with plenty of edge of your seat action a good easy flowing storyline with plenty of unexpected surprise's and a epic love story that gets you in the feels on more than one occasion a interesting collection of alpha males and their women from previous books giving this a catch up with friends and family vibe and hopefully new stories from this group of friends.

I had to read this book till I finished it, it was that good
This is 1 of those books you pick up and not wanna put down. The characters were sassy And a interactive In a great way. The author made them seem real they had their troubles and they thought through them. The story was consistent with the other books in this series There were many twist in turns along the way But that just kept you interested and kept your reading. You could feel the building of the conclusion of this book and I eagerly finished it.

Jeremy & Felicia touch your hearts. You will adore them & feel their pain. Just as there are parts I yell out 'come on Fli' there I parts I go 'yes Jer'. The men & women i enjoyed from all the previous books just made it that much better. Brilliant!.

Fantastic book!!!
Kat Bammer has once again raised the bar in the world of romantic suspense. No matter how long it’s been since the last Bravo book, Kat never fails to make it incredibly easy to just fall right back into this world. Wowsa this book has a few triggers in it so be aware. It will definitely have you engrossed from the beginning until the end and the storyline flows throughout the book. It's suspenseful and action packed and romance and so very much. You will definitely be sitting on the edge of your seat.

This is part of a series and while it can be read as a standalone…I don’t recommend it. I feel like I missed out on some great references and drama by reading this one first! This was a second chance romance between Jeremy and Felicia. Seven years before they had a one night stand and never forgot each other. When they come face to face again it is magnetic…but with the cartel issues in the town and her ex’s loose ends coming into the picture the couple has to jump loads of hurdles to get their HEA.

enjoyed the series but very disappoint
You left so many couples hanging. You introduced him along the two sets of books and then you just left them there. That's terrible. But sharp edge was my favorite. At least pull a Christmas book or something together and get all the couples together

🥷💋 Super tough alpha stumbles upon the best thing to have ever happened to him. This storyline had a lot of unexpected swerves, tender moments, hot & spicy flare ups, and a great mix of romantic suspense. 💋🥷.

Ok Read,
I have enjoyed this series SOG just as much as the Moon Lake series, but the play up with Jeremy and his hidden angst I have to say I was looking and wanting more, more of what I don't know 😏. Anyway I enjoyed the read.

Felicia & Jeremy met and had an anonymous one night stand with consequences. While I found the premise to be interesting (I never mind a secret baby) this execution was a bit lackluster. Jeremy is an Army Ranger, DEA agent and thought it was a good idea to have a one night stand without getting names? Felicia really went through it in this book, between her scumbag abusive ex, her baby boy being taken, and what happens to her. While I enjoyed the action moments, I feel like overall, I wasn't wowed by this book.
