Provides a framework for thinking about military geographies: spaces defined by military activity, especially during peacetime.

She covers a variety of related topics, but central is the notion that these geographies are preconditioned on the control of space through 1) Physical Presence 2) Control of Information 3) Governance and 4) National Security Discourse.

Mostly focuses on British cases, definitely a one-sided non-realist view of things, but raises many important points nonetheless.
