This is a fabulous book! The walks are divided into geographic areas: In and Around....Everett, Seattle, Eastside, Renton/Kent/Des Moines, Tacoma and Olympia.

Each walk includes a map/diagram of the walk (including parking locations), a trail description (length, type of surface), other users (i.e. hunters), whether dogs are allowed, steepness of the walk, whether there are connecting trails, park amenities (bathrooms, picnic tables, etc.), and whether or not there is disabled access.

Each walk information also includes a black and white photograph, how to get there, the actual physical address and who to contact about the park. Furthermore, the author mentions the type of wildlife you might see on the walk as well as how the walk changes during different seasons and weather conditions.

This book is going to get a lot of use!
