Take a look at this simple and straight forward guide to improved health and fitness. I'm not an expert, I'm just like you. I struggle every day to eat the right things and get more exercise. I've tried what feels like a million different diets and have come to the realization that the only thing that really works is trying day by day to make better decisions and understanding who you are and that you don't have to be a size six to be healthy. Healthy and skinny are two very different things and only healthy really matters.
