A sweet, easy book of vivid childhood memories and of trying to make good food memories for one’s children. The editors may have overdone, though -everyone sounds so similar. Or is it because they’re all upper-middle-class women between 40 and 60? Not many recipes I’d make, either.

I really enjoyed this. Each chapter is written by a different woman about her experience growing up with food.
