DCU Holiday Bash is a collection of winter holiday specials that was written and illustrated by various authors and pencilers and collected by DC Comics. DCU Holiday Bash collects seven short stories.

DCU Holiday Bash is an anthology of seven holiday short stories, which stars different superheroes in each story. Clark Kent as Superman ("The Benefaction of Peace"), New Gods: High Father and Orion ("A High Father Christmas"), Selina Kyle as Catwoman ("Bearing Gifts We Traverse Afar"), Etrigan as The Demon ("Satan's Little Helper"), Kyle Rayner as Green Lantern ("The Vessel"), Bruce Wayne as Batman ("Just Another Night"), and Wallace West as The Flash ("Present Tense").

Barry Jameson ("The Benefaction of Peace"), Walter Simonson ("A High Father Christmas"), Dennis O'Neil ("Bearing Gifts We Traverse Afar"), Ty Templeton ("Satan's Little Helper"), Michael Jan Friedman ("The Vessel"), Jim Aparo ("Just Another Night"), and Brain Augustyn and Mark Waid ("Present Tense") penned the trade paperback. It is a mixed and uneven bag of stories, but overall the stories were better than average.

Graham Nolan ("The Benefaction of Peace"), Sal Buscema ("A High Father Christmas"), Jesse Delperdang ("Bearing Gifts We Traverse Afar"), Ty Templeton ("Satan's Little Helper"), Roger Robinson ("The Vessel"), Jim Aparo ("Just Another Night"), and Paul Ryan ("Present Tense") penned the trade paperback. For the most part, the pencilers' style meshes rather well with each other, but distinctive in their own rights, which makes the artistic flow of the trade paperback rather well.

All in all, DCU Holiday Bash is a rather good collection of DC Comics short stories that has a winter holiday theme.

Lois talking George down from a ledge was very powerful. Really puts things into perspective knowing that even Superman had a lonely Christmas. There’s also a Hanukkah Green Lantern story reminding people to be rid of bigotry. The rest are enjoyable to different degrees.

Some solid holiday stories featuring DC characters both popular and obscure. The oddest one was probably the Demon story where someone sells their soul. The best was the Flash story by Mark Waid and Brian Augustyn.
