Can't wait to try some of these recipes

There are so many recipes I want to try. I've followed some low belly fat recipes before and now I have more to add.

Same issue as I usually have with healthy type cook books, the ingredients are not readily available at stores. The ingredients also tend to be more expensive than the typical flours, sugars, etc. Makes it tough to follow the diet for 21 days. I like the idea of it though. I always feel bloated, so I want something like this, I just can't afford to maintain it.

A wide range of recipes that should appeal to many different eaters and cooks. A nice assortment of pictures with easy recipe directions. Personally, I would have liked to see more substitution tips for certain things, i.e. not a fan of nut butters then try this, or don't like chia seeds use this instead. Overall, very well presented recipes and a lot of good information.
