Shards

Rate this book
Shards is the story of a man who runs from comedy club to graveyard trying to make sense of the world. It was written for National Novel Writing Month, and is low in cholesterol. Jonathan Graves is not a computer programmer. At least, not any more. He's trying to make a go of it as a professional potter. But everyone seems to think he made the wrong decision by quitting, from the cute girl at the coffee shop, to his best friend who still works at the company. This troubles Jonathan so much that he barely notices other little things going on around him -- like the man currently falling from the sky.
