it's an alright book, but a little repetitive. the format is a bit wonky. but the content I think is, at least in concept, solid. My elders and I just finished this book and are utilizing the principles to reach out to inactive members. I hope the work will be good for our growth.

Excellent, grace-filled handbook on ministry to people who have or are leaving their church. A second reading was as helpful as the first.
