Read this one online, which is never my favorite experience. It’s okay for a communication textbook but not my favorite.
Important topics though. Definitely everyone should learn more about intercultural communication in this day and age.

I wish the definitions in this text would be better developed. You cannot define the word using the word(s) in the definition. One should not have to use the internet to define the vocabulary words.

This is a very dry, albeit thorough book on Intercultural Communication. I will continue to use it because it is mostly unbiased and does give a thorough overview of the issues and communications studies in general.

This is an excellent book to begin to understand culture, one's own, those around one and how we can communicate with each other. Yes, it's a textbook, but a course and a textbook for real life. Highly recommend to anyone.
