It's been years since their parents were murdered. Twin sisters Shia and Leigh are trying to readjust to life, while caring for their baby sister Remi. With the exception of Leigh s angry, dramatic mood swings every now and then, everything seems to be going great. That is until Demetri; the mysterious stranger enters their midst, and falls right in the path of the newly single Shia. After dating Trent for so long, she is looking for a man to treat her like a queen, and Demetri is heaven sent...until inexplicable things begin to happen. When one of her sisters goes missing, and was last seen with Trent and Demetri, Shia suddenly realizes no one is who they appear to be. The seemingly normal world she and her sisters recreated is destroyed. Shia begins to realize that her parents' past deeds are coming back to haunt them all and no one can be trusted. It is unclear to Shia which man truly has her best interest - and safety - at heart. Staring at the wilted flower she calls life, she is slowly pulling back the layers to try to understand if He loves me, he loves you not...

Mychea's He Loves Me, He Loves You Not was full of absolute craziness from start to finish. At first, I thought this was purely an urban romance novel but in all actuality, the storyline was filled with psychotic characters who took you on a roller coaster ride with the lever stuck in the ON position. I wanted off this ride! It was fast-paced, edgy and suspenseful. I am curious as to whether there is a second book that continues this storyline. I don't know, I might feel daring enough to take a stab at it. We shall see...

Word of caution: The book has several typographical and grammar errors.

This book needs editing - missing quotation marks, no clear delineation when narrator changes, misspelled words, etc. Beyond that, I thought the villain was too obvious. There are lots of twists in the story, but after awhile it seemed too forced. The story also jumps back and forth a lot - past, present, narrators; it was a bit confusing.

I did think the characters were mostly realistic; some people are just FULL of drama! It was a bit suspicious how every single character was somehow tied together, however as the saying goes "it's a small world afterall" so that gives the author some plausibility.

Overall, I just couldn't get in to it. Characters weren't that likable and the plot too easy to figure out.

I first stumbled upon Author Mychea with her books” Coveted” and “ Vengeance” and fell in love with her writing style seemingly instantly. Her ability to bring drama to life with words is uncanny. Such is the case with “He Loves me, He Loves you not”. It focuses on Shia, a young woman who hasn’t had her fair share of luck in the love department. She finally falls in love with Demetrius and feels she has finally gotten her happily ever after. But when her sister goes missing, secrets are forced to surface…secrets that threaten to shake Shia’s whole foundation as well as question those around her.
“He Loves Me, He Loves You Not” was a fast paced read from beginning to end. The action and drama was nonstop. The characters were believable. There was action, drama, and suspense throughout the book. Just when you think you have everything figured out, you get the shock you never saw coming. There were a few editing issues but nothing that took away from the storyline. 5 stars!!!

Holy Smokes what for roller coaster ride of suspense and angst did I just read? My mind was all over the place, this book had me glued to my seat for hours. I literally could not put it down before knowing who was behind all of the freaky sh*t that was going on. I loveee reading books like this one because in my opinion they keep you on your toes the entire time but never in a million years did I anticipate a plot like this one…I never read a book from this author before but I will definitely keep an eye out for more of her work and I can’t wait to read part two to see how their story continues.

OMG!! This story is all over the place!

I can't believe people actually gave this book 4 and 5 stars. The story is somewhat interesting and has the potential to be a good book, however the writing is awful! Numerous spelling and grammatical errors and the author jumps around from past to present without any real transitions. The story is so choppy and, at times, a bit outlandish. I struggled to get through this book, but I hate to start and not finish. So glad I didn't pay for this one!

"He Loves Me, He Loves You Not by Mychea was truly a interesting urban fiction and once you pick it up you will have a hard time putting it down until the end. It is a fast paced read with all of its drama, action, deceit, and more drama that seemed to go on nonstop in this read. There will also be suspense in the read that will simply keep you on the edge of your seat that will leave you will so many emotions of it all. Be ready for the twist and turns that will leave you saying....again? All of the characters were simply off the chart...good...so very believable. Let's see their was...Shia and Leigh who were twins, Remi, Trent, Phylicia, Khloe, Kodi, Sherri, William, Avionne, Maxwell(Demetri), to Alycia and I am sure I have left someone out. By picking up the good read you will be able to read for yourself and see who that could be. In the end you will get the feeling is there anyone not crazy? There will be so much going on in "He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not" will keep you reading and the ending only leaving you saying Wow.. that was some read and will only have you wanting to know more from this authors' the next book....'He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not Part II.'

What would you do if you had to step up and be a mother and a father to your little sister? This is the issues to twin sisters Shia and Leigh. Once one of the sisters make a hasty decision to get married they life turns upside down. The people they once thought they knew are now all in question.Trying to find answers they are not ready for whats revealed.

A great story and story line. At first I was a bit confused from the way the story started but as you read it will tie in and come together. That's what I like about the story it took a different approached in being told. The characters were good.I loved the action and drama. It also played with your emotions. Can't wait to read more from the author.

Let me start by saying I was not ready for the events that transpired in this book. This was a free download via amazon. I did not read the synopsis; the title grabbed me and I follow the author on a social network so I decided to check it out. I am glad that I did .There was nothing typical about this read. The book does not go in chronological order, so it took me a while to put 2 and 2 together and realize what exactly was going on. Infidelity, revenge, murder, the story full of suspense and left me wanting more. I will be moving on to part 2 as I feel like I have to know what happens next. If it is anything like part 1, I anticipate it to be will be captivating, unpredictable, and entertaining.

This book had me on the edge of my seat from start to finish. The storyline, the characters, the plot, it all went well together and kept me wanting to know more. I would recommend this book to anyone who appreciates and enjoys a good book. I had the privilege to download this book for free, but I'm definitely willing to buy part two. Can't wait to find out what part two has in store. If you haven't already, go read this book.

We highly recommend Mychea’s 'He Loves me He Loves You Not.'

The novel is a rush in its self without the drama all the characters bring. We found it hard to even put the book down and when we did we were itching to pick it back up. Before we are introduced to the main characters we are over come with an emotion driven murder then thrown right into the mix of the drama of a jilted bride. From there we are introduced to Shia and her two sisters Remi and Leigh her twin.

Mychea tells her story through main characters Shia and Trent as they go through multiple life changing experiences while having a on and off romance. Unbeknown to them they are both victims of love and passion. Trent is desperately trying to move on from his lying Ex (Phylicia) while Shia, now an orphan and the eldest of her sisters falls head over heels in love and marries a man she knows very little about (Demetri/ Maxwell). As the story unfolds we find that all isn’t what it seems to be in Shia’s ‘happy marriage’ and the people around her, those she thought she could trust including Trent become suspects in the disappearance of her twin.

Mychea takes us on a journey of lies deceit and jealousy. The character Phylicia is by far the craziest of them all but we soon find justification for her motives; almost to the point of feeling sorry for her until she goes too far. Mychea keeps the reader gripped and intrigued with her many plots and twists. There are multiply murders, some real tear jerking moments but overall the books fast passed and will keep you on the edge of your seat.

We are desperately anticipating ‘He Loves Me He Loves You Not 2.’

Punctuation matters

This book could’ve been three stars, but I had such a hard time figuring out who was saying what because of the punctuation. It really does matter where the quotes and commas go. I shouldn’t have to re-read something three times to figure out what is being said. There were also spelling errors that were distracting.

The story itself was getting interesting. I like the plot twists. It was hard to figure out what was coming next. It did keep my interest. Although at times I was irritated by some of the characters. And somethings were a little hard to believe. I also wish some things were explained a little better. But as I said it was an interesting story. I just might have to read the sequel.

Interesting Read

Despite the numerous grammatical and spelling errors, this book was a very interesting read. I generally read in my (very) spare time and this book took me about for hours to complete; compelling and unique, He Loves Me, He Loves You Not is a real page turner if you're into urban fiction, old fashioned who dunnits, or simply a Mychea fan.

This book was all over the place. I was confused for the first 2/3 hours, felt like I was reading 3 completely different stories. When I finally understood how everyone was connect it actually was a good story. One thing I didn’t like was the author didn’t give any dates ages or how many years went by so I was constantly guessing. One thing I would like to kno is how old is Maxwell/D??? If he was having an affair with the mother but married the daughter but went to school with the 2 guys how old is he ??????

Started off interesting. It was a hint that the story was going to be psycho twisted. After the opener the story settles into drama filled romance triangles. No that is not a typo, it is triangles.

Shia and Leigh are twins. They may look like each other but there personalities are differently different. Their night at a club sets up a chain of events that will change everyone lives forever. Well, that's not fair. It is actually the girls' mother who set things in motion but I won't get into that as it would ruin the surprise.

The characters are all emotionally unstable. I can't really get into why they are emotionally unstable as it would probably ruin some of the drama of the book. What I can say is that after reading this book if you know someone who has a problem letting go give them this. Hope that they see themselves in it. Get them help. Speak on it.

This book was all over the place.

Based on the other reviews, I think I may be one of the few that thought it was confusing. But here are why it was extremely confusing to me.

There were:
*confusing timelines
*confusing flashbacks which fed into the confusing timeline
*lack of consistency and fluid transitions
*over the top drama for the sake of drama
*poor execution of suspense and intrigue-characters talked in circles

The best thing about book 1 was the narrator, Nicole Small.

If the 4 books that follow become available on kindle unlimited I may read them. Otherwise, I'll stop at this free book.

Mychea did an excellent job of making things seem obvious then adding a very detailed twist to what you think was going to happen totally blowing your mind. The main character Shai goes through multiple life changing experiences during the the story until she meets this guy named Demetri who has shows her the good life. In reality Demetri has a secret mission of his own and Shai and her sisters are the main targets.

LOVED this book ! Caught my attention from the beginning (: It's crazy what "love" will make you do. Really glad that the story ended the way it did, considering all of the unfortunate events (which caught me off guard). Not sure that I'll be reading the sequel. I'm sure it's great, I just don't want it to interfere with the image(s) in my head about part 1. I will however, purchase other titles from the author.
