My friend wrote this book. He's a Chaplin in the Presidio. We have shared many an afternoon in debate, agreement, and in intense wrestling with the ideas of ethics, leadership, and how leaders can (and should) be held accountable. Although this book is for religious institutions, many of the ideas are certainly applicable to other leadership situations.
