A bit dated but comprehensive.

This was one of the first books I read on Reliability Engineering. I thought it was extremely helpful; twenty years later I still believe it to be a very helpful text describing the basics of Reliability. Couldn't tell you how many times I referred to this book as a quick reference guide.
