You name the Shabbat related blessing and it's in here including blessings for different holidays. It also includes a lot of Shabbat songs but most were in Hebrew. In all honesty, all the Hebrew in this book (many things were not translated) made me rethink this whole conversion thing. If everything has to be in Hebrew, why even bother? I'm never going to learn it and I'm just going to be a bad Jew in that way. I didn't start feeling better until I found a small amount of songs in here in English. Unfortunately just the lyrics and I googled them to see if I could find some of them on a CD so I could learn the music but I can't find them. I really want "Ain't gonna work on Saturday" probably because it has two verses about space. :)
