I was hoping for what the title says: something about use and management of ebooks. This volume is something entirely different. It is about a few wise bureaucrats who are spreading the knowledge and the lingo for other bureaucrats to increase their stipends and grants. It is about fleecing the tax payer, of course, "for the greater good". It is an immoral book about keeping a medieval anachronism because there are so many sinecures that might disappear.

Thought provoking, even the chapters I didn't think would apply to me. Some is more applicable to public/academic libraries than school.
