Honestly encouraged me to write some things down and have better start on understanding my career (current and next one).

i was surprised that he was realistic and actually tried to make the reader stay in their current job! to rethink the decision of moving to another company, it helped me to reflect on my current position and not be too emotional and only focusing on leaving.

i was disappointed of the repetition sometimes word to word, and the activities in the last quarter were underwhelming a little.

So far the most useful of the employment/career books I've looked at, even though it focuses more on an audience that is employed but considering a change, rather than the currently unemployed.

Lots of common sense and lots of positive reinforcement.

Part 4 is a toolkit comprised of 25 activities designed to get you thinking about what you want out of your worklife and to keep you motivated and positive through the search. Just started working on them and they are extremely useful.

I would definitely recommend this to others who are struggling with career decisions or job search.
