I really don't know what I expected when starting this book, but I was truly left speechless, and a bit confused by the end of it. It wasn't a terrible read by any means, but everything happens so fast and I felt as if the author added a lot of the scenes simply for a shock factor rather than being pertinent to the story. There is a lot of Australian slang that I (American) didn't understand, but I should have expected that.

No clue what I was expecting but this was definitely something else. Since I’m Australian, it was actually SO nice and refreshing to read Aussie slang. Such a great spicy, fast past read.

It would’ve been nice to get a lil bit more backstory or a bit more depth. I mean the whole thing literally transpired within a week and a bit and SO much happens. But honestly, I guess it’s great for what it is. I was also very surprised with that ending… did not see it coming (never really read about that specific thing in books before). This is a first for me from this author and I’m super intrigued to see what else she’s written. Thank you for this ARC, this is my honest review <3

This is the newest release from Faedra, and like with all of the books I've read from her - it's spicy, addictive and I read it so quickly that all I want is even more!

I couldn't say no to this book, hot tattooed bikers, lots of spice and a curvy FMC? Loveeeee! If you haven't read anything by Faedra yet, you definitely need to!

This book is the perfect fast paced, juicy read. The President of the Blood Brothers MC is out for a ride one day when he decides to stop in a pub. Well at the pub he notices another MC messing with a beautiful waitress. Crystal green eyes lock on him and he knows he has to do what he has to.

Holly, the waitress after her shift decides to leave with Roach, the tattooed biker. She feels safe with him. Holly doesn’t have the best confidence at first but Roach will not let her treat herself that way. He takes her to his compound. When he’s out something unexpected happens that puts Holly in Danger. When it comes to protecting their own nothing comes in the way. Roach decides it’s best to share Holly with his brother..more protection the better, right?

First Blood by Faedra Rose is the first in a series about an MC in Western Australia. Roach is the president and headed back home when he encounters Holly in a diner waiting tables. He’s a big, muscular man and she’s a curvy red head: their physical attraction is immediate. She has no home and takes him up on his offer to be his woman.

Insta- love, sexually compatible with kinks they find in common, and emotionally supportive makes this couple feel like they’re totally meant to be together. Faedra’s narrative and a really filthy fun dialogue pack a lot in a short story. There’s danger, a beautiful setting, and some great characters. Can’t wait to read the next book!.

Gah Yaas please can I have some more of this couple & Bull please!!! When I ask for instalove this is exactly what I mean! Roach is the MMC that every girl that reads MC romance for and Holly handled herself just like I hope I would in her situation. Also, I don’t think I’ve been jealous of a fictional character in a while… Can I change my name to Holly? Is it too late for me to become a fictional character?

A Quick Dirty MC Book

Roach was the President of the Blood Brothers MC which was located in Western Australia and even though their 1% club was notorious Roach came to the rescue of a waitress who was being manhandled by an opposing club. Holly was on the road to nowhere and had low self-esteem but learned to fend for herself.

I loved how Roach would have nothing to do with Holly’s self-loathing. He brought the best in her. Roach treated her like a queen. This was a quick book with some very intense steam scenes.

Omg this is dirty and swoony and amazing! I adore morally gray characters so much, and this one is chalked full of them. I can’t wait for more blood brothers MC books!

I really loved reading a new genre from Faedra. I really like the characters of this book. Holly was absolutely amazing. I resonated with her character so much (at least working on her confidence). I loved seeing her evolve and trust herself in the end. As for Roach, I loved his honesty and integrity. Her treats Holly like the queen she is and doesn't let her forget it. I liked Bull as well, I just hope we get more of his story in the future. The plot was face paced and sexy. This was such a great motorcycle club book and all the danger that goes with it.

This is the first MC books I’ve ever read. I was not disappointed with this short Novella. Low plot, moderate spice, and a quick read. It’s kinda of slow at first but It gets really good and intense at about 70%.

I loved every second of it and It’s an addictive read. It had lots of spice and it is an MC Romance. It is a delicious and quick read. It had me on the edge of my seat the entire time.

A fast pace, nice and spicy, MC novella!
This was my first read by Faedra Rose and I am immediately hooked. The cover was the first thing that caught my attention and I am so glad it did, because I thoroughly enjoyed it. This may have been short, but it has so many fantastic elements. Curvy FMC, MFM Menage, tattooed men, and lots of spice.

What I expected to be in this novella and what actually took place in this novella we’re two VERY different things. I love me a good MC romance, but this one caught me off-guard. I expected a story where an MC prez saves a curvy gal and they instantly connect. That did happen… but what I didn’t expect was everything else.

I will state that I liked the FMC, she was relatable even though I’ve never been a nomad myself. I really liked the first MMC a lot too. He does dark sh*t, but he has a moral compass and I’m on board for that. I even loved their instant connection. I also really liked their bunker, that made me laugh because every clubhouse I’ve ever read about is not like that one lol. The compound also seemed to have a real sense of community and family which was nice.

What I really struggled with was the level of violence against the FMC as well as the violence done BY the FMC. Like, I get it, she’s been through a lot but holy smokes I’m pretty sure I stared stupidly open mouthed at the screen at that scene. She was portrayed through the entire rest of the book as this sweet and non-violent woman, there were NO hints about this side of her.

The story just lost me. Maybe add a very clear trigger warning about the level of violence.

I will very clearly state that I’m an American, so I didn’t understand a great many words and phrases in the book. Some could be inferred, many not so much. I spent a great deal of time looking up so many words that it took me completely out of the story, so if you’re American, know that going in 😉

Holly, the FMC, is a curvy 30+ year waitress from a small town. She happens to catch the eye of Roach, the president of the Blood Brothers MC. Their connection was instant and the trust Holly placed in Roach was admirable.

Yes, this book is spicy, as are all of Faedra’s stories; however, that’s not what had me addicted… It was the kink exploration. Holly had her sexual bucket list and trusted Roach with the details of her darkest and sexiest desires. He made that shit happen! I really want to go into detail with this one, but spoilers are not my thing so you just have to read it.

Another unique aspect of this story is how this relationship goes from two to three. Roach’s love for Holly runs deep. So deep that he will do anything to ensure she is always protected. He loops in his VP, Bull, to help with a rescue mission, and decides to offer him a proposition. The next time these gorgeous men see Holly, their minds are blown.

Trust me- this book does not disappoint and will rock your world! I couldn't put it down and am anxiously awaiting book 2! HIGHLY recommend!

So so good, enjoyed every bit of this story. The chemistry between them both was hot and very heavy, and it was very enjoyable for a insta love MC romance book.

Roach( president of the Blood brothers MC) was on the way back to his club when he decided to stop and get a drink from the pub. But what he saw when he went into there was a waitress getting harrassed by a man who had no right to start touching her.
Holly a full figure women was taken with Roach and when she goes out to lunch with him her fate is sealed. A little hanky panky and Holly is working no more she agrees to go with Roach to his club.

I really loved this story, in my opinion its worth the read.

What a fantastic start to the series. I absolutely loved reading Holly & Roach's story. She's a curvy waitress that has never settled in one place. That all changes when she's hassled at work by some bikers & Roach steps in to protect her. The desire that sparks between them is like an inferno. Holly can't believe that a sexy MC president like him would want her. Roach knew immediately that she was it for him. Can he show her that he loves her as she is.
I highly recommend giving their story a read. As an Aussie I loved the Aussie vibe of the book.
I can't wait for the next book.

This was a wild ride of an MC romance and it had everything I expect out of one. Intense, fast paced, smoking hot chemistry, drama, danger and a wonderful twisted ending ;D Holly and Roach met and it was like they were meant to be together. Their connection was instant and strong. Add in that their kinks worked along the same lines, well, you know you're going to be in for an engaging read. I loved how strong Holly became and Roach was beyond awesome for an MC prez. Kind, firm, in touch with what he likes, and his feelings...their romance is one to make you sigh :) I thoroughly enjoyed this book and look forward to the next. Well done!

This was my first Faedra Rose read, and it did not disappoint. Short, fast, and spicy. No – there isn’t a lot of backstory in this one – it was a short read so there wasn’t a ton of time to include. But come on – who can refuse a MCC romance? -------NOT ME!

This is an insta-love, BBW, OTT, strong female, with a last minute love tringle.

It isn’t going to become a classic, but it was a fun read nonetheless. There is an almost non-existent plot, but it is littered with triggers: Low self-esteem, killing, and attempted assault – so check your TW.

First Blodd will not be on my short list for a book club recommendation, but I will definitely check out other books by the author.

This author never fails to suck me in and drain my dry. I love all her books. This one definitely hit all the right notes! Roach is such a hottest, coming in like a dark knight to save her while she's getting harassed and then proceeding to completely turn her life upside down in the best of ways and give her a naughty ever after she deserves!
And Holly? She's such a bad*ss b*tch. I mean she's spent her entire life pretty much in survival mode, and she ends up being the one to save herself in the end. She is amazing. And Bull? What a steamy and pleasant surprise!
I really loved this book so much! Definitely recommend!!

Fast paced steamy erotic romance with a HEA.

Roach saved Holly from a bad situation waiting to happen, swept her off her feet and whisked her away to his MC. He knew she was the one for him!

Holly had always been on the move but knew Roach was what she was looking for but she still wanted to experience different things and Roach was only too happy for her to do so!

All I can say is wow!!! Holly is a waitress moving from place to place because she’s afraid to put don’t roots and get hurt. Roach lol. I laughed every time I read is name because it’s different. Mr. Bane is the President of the Blood Brothers MC and rescued Holly from her job. I wish this was a full book felt more like a teaser the way I devoured this book. The ending definitely caught me by surprise so I can’t wait to read the other brothers story!! Well worth the read.

This is my first time reading a book by this author and first time reading a MC romance and I was pleasantly surprised. This is a short novella that took me less than an hour to read.
The writing definitely made me feel immersed in a MC club atmosphere. For a short novella, this was well done. Plot was decent, spice was dirty.
This is a fast burn with a deliciously curvy FMC and a possessive, Motorcycle club president MC.

This book was interesting for MC in Australia. There wasn't much difference in culture other than a few words here and there.

I did think it was a little quick in sealing a relationship but sometimes when you know, you know. Roach and Holly were great together but adding Bull was cincher. I love how Roach explained Bull joining. However, Holly didn't need help from Roach & Bull; what Roach told her was true- she is is stronger than she knows.

I am interested in more from the MC.
