I have absolutely fallen in love with this series! I can not wait till book 4 is released in 2024!
I can not say enough if you loved zodiac academy this series should be your next read!

The characters in this series are so easy to fall in love with! Poor Emma thinks her sister Zoey is dead and does whatever she can do to bring her back. I know if that was my family I would have done the same regardless of the consequences. When Zoey is brought back she loses her reaper Shade. And has to try to get through school and finding her soul mate Caleb. And when she finds Caleb bringing him back from death. Talk about pressure I couldn’t even imagine being at a magical school and thinking you have lost yours. Than the icing on the cake you have to go through your naming ceremony which was pushed ahead by a whole year. Emma is trying to train and deal with her peer knowing she is a guardian and not a witch. The pressure she had on her I can’t even imagine. Knowing her naming ceremony was moved up by a year and she has had no guardian trading besides from Kylie. No wonder she starts sleeping with him I would need some release also. I won’t tell you if they made it through their naming ceremony, if Zoey regained Shade or if she was able to find and bring Caleb back to life. You will have to find that out yourself!!!!!!

Ok just finished it… In this book is start right where we left off. Emma not excepting her sister Zoey is dead. Which is good because she does come back. However when Zoey return she loses her reaper Shade and has to not only deal with that but also school and finding her soul mate Caleb. Then when she finds Caleb she is told that she need to bringing him back from death. 🤯 Then to top it off she has to go through her naming ceremony which was pushed ahead by a whole year. Where as Emma is trying to train and deal with her friends and sister knowing she is a guardian and not a witch. Now add the knowing her naming ceremony was moved up by a year!!!!!! Talk about stressful😖 Oh yeah and we find out some shocking news about Kyle 😳Omg what a read… I already want to read book 4!!!

I truly enjoyed this book. The plot was amazing and I felt like I could connect with all of the characters, especially Zoey. I could not put this book down once I started. If there was a way that I could go back in time to reread this book again for the first time, I would. I can’t wait to read the next book.
