Excellent storytelling. Loved Honor Bright's character and her metamorphosis from an insecure young woman firm in her convictions, but unsure how to handle the consequences to her mature declaration of family independence from the current community to run towards a new life.
I also, through the historical details, learned about the Quaker contributions to the Underground railroad!
