I had to use this textbook for Modern Physics 1, and I found it quite intuitive as far as physics textbooks go. Honestly, there really wasn't much in class that I didn't understand that I couldn't find out by reading the textbook. The figures are very clean and easy to understand, and each topic is broken up into smaller sections and chapters. At the end of each chapter is a collection of the most important equations, a bunch of thought provoking questions, and then quantitative homework questions. If I were studying this on my own, this is the textbook I would use and recommend to anyone else. I pray that we use the same book in Modern 2. Many thanks to you, Dr. Krane, my A- and I are very grateful.
