Daniel Kemp is a British author, mainly of World War II fiction. His introduction to the world of espionage and mystery happened at an early age when his father was employed by the War Office in Whitehall, London, at the end of WWII.

This book came into my life in a odd way, my father was the one who actually found it. It was in a alley and covered in blood. Most probably wouldn’t think of picking it up but he didn’t know that at the time. The haunted state of it aside it is beautiful, strange, and mesmerizing.
