Another fun book from my childhood. Definitely picked this one up due to my love of detective stories, thinking of course that this would in fact teach me how to be a detective. And while the puzzles and cases are interesting and can sharpen your observation and thinking skills, I clearly did not become a detective.

Still, for kids interested in the art of detection, this book is a fun primer. Something to whet your appetite to see if you might want to look further afterwards. I'm currently trying to decide if this one will go to the Little Free Library or if it will be a gift for my niece, who has said she wants to be a detective when she grows up.
