The fruit and veggie combos were good and the inclusion of both juices and smoothies was nice. In a different format, the same recipes might have been a five star book. The names for each smoothie/juice were just a little too odd for me and I would prefer better details in the name so that I could leaf through the book more quickly to find the right drink. Cookbooks for adults should default to practical over cutesy. My other complaint was the constact suggestion that kids would need to be convinces, pushed or led to smoothies and juices. That underlying idea suggests that the end flavors aren't actually that good...which makes me less likely to try one.
