A new arc and we've moved on a few years purely so we can spend some time reintroducing all of the characters in a cursory way that doesn't really introduce them at all (one become a racer, one a dancer etc and that's about the extent of it). Then it's off in the submarine fighting dinosaurs and Sharks again although a nice scene shows a little distrust brewing amongst the cyborg team as new foundling Helen might or might not be a spy for Black Ghost.

This isn't great but I'm starting to appreciate the pre-Gatchaman vibes this is starting to exude. Less story, more "hahaha we're the Black Ghost and here is our latest plan to destroy the world with robot dinosaurs, and there's nothing you can do about it!". It's quite funny when it allows itself to be.
