A mix of some really good activities that do not require a lot of prep but some really awkward ones that would require a lot of time to prepare. But there is a lot of variety in different stuff to do for all ages.

Overall, great resource for team activities. But only a few are really good. Most will need some modification depending on the setting.

I love the fact that the author came up with various game ideas instead of writing variations of the same game, like others did.
