A compiliation of HBS case studies dealing with bankruptcy and restructuring. Provides a pretty good overview of the varied options w/r/t formal bankruptcy as well as pre-bankruptcy workouts and strategies for investing in distressed debt. Some of the case studies are a little dated, although they probably remain instructive.

A short and concise overview of the different types of restructuring and their implications. A lot of cases which may be more or less useful depending on the purpose for reading.
