The full title of this booklet is "AMERICAN PLAN FOR PREPARATION OF WAR". It contains four speeches delivered at the UN in 1952 during the Cold War by Soviet Union representative A. Y. Vyshinsky. The speeches cover numerous attacks on the U.S., most especially for actions in Korea and for U.S. efforts to develop "collective response" to the Soviet Union with England, France, and Turkey.
