Must have a good grasp of Excel before working with this book. I think it provides good detail, but lacked in graphics and photos as examples. Although, the book started with a clear and easy format, towards the middle as the book delve into more complicated matters, the material got confusing. This is definitely a book to take your time with if you're a novice with Excel
