I was happy to see how the bully received help, and the victims were supported too. Many times, bullying is a cry for help, but supporting them often means ignoring what they did. The teachers dealt with the situation phenomenally well, although it is horrid that the situation had to occur in the first place. I was also thrilled to see the nameless lunch people who are present in every school be acknowledged by the students. Their job is important, but they are generally the least recognized people in the school.
mostly I like middle school books about girls and crushes and stuff. But this one that was all it had. In the last 2 books I've read in this series she's always A. writing a big article with her crush B. helping her BF with her crush and C. having SOME kind of trouble with Dear Know It All. I like these books but they could use a new kick.
