If you work in children's or youth ministry and want to identify and take your leadership and ministry to the next level then you MUST read "Stretch".

You will be inspired and motivated to improve things you didn't recognize before as needing improved. You, your ministry and your church will be better for it.

The hardest part is deciding what to do first and pacing yourself after reading this book. Highly recommend.

Although some of the things that Jim Wideman talked about bothered me, I gained some really good principles about how to set up my ministry for growth. It’s a practical book with lots of examples from what he does in his own ministry.
