My absolute favorite book as a child. It's the book I checked out from the school library every single time. I actually, through the magic of the internet, managed to find a copy held by a rare book dealer, and purchased it when my first daughter was born. I don't think any of my kids shared my interest, but I'm glad that the book that made me happiest as a six year old is still a part of my life.
