As children my sister and I were happy-go-lucky. We laughed, played, cleaned and cooked, all the things we thought were normal. In our Strong Enough to Fall, we go into the details of our childhood. The quirky behavior and situations our mother would get into. She was a handful by the very definition. The book is light hearted with humor describing family background and then little situations as we grew up. As the memoir continues the humor subsides as tragedy falls upon our family. We follow up with where we are in our lives now, taking a look back and wondering what other people are going through or have gone through in life.
