Fantastic western story.

I enjoy mixing in a Western to my reading repertoire and this book was a delight. The characters brilliantly played out their roles and the dialogue was attuned to 1880’s Wild West. Several laugh out loud moments and a great plot interwoven throughout the story make this an easy, dare I say, unputdownable read that will make you seek out more Ralph Compton books. This work of genius I recommend and will read again at a later time.
