I liked this book. I have read about 4-5 books on ETFs and this was a useful one. The strengths of the book are (I feel) it gives a good midlevel view of ETFs as an investment strategy, the varieties of views contained in this view, possible future trends for ETFs, and interesting reports on a variety of real market professionals who use ETFs using different strategies for their clients. I was grateful the book did not go into any detail about specific ETF products but kept a midlevel view. Worth the read if you want to better understand ETFs.

Most of the valuations will take into consideration the macroeconomic factors such as gdp growth, monetary policy, inflation etc…
Main management: -top down analysis : biz cycle based on economy -bottom up analysis: fundamentals and price = order into 3 categories: overvalued, undervalued, fairvalued
