A masterpiece. I read around 50% of the book because many sections were not that relevant for the work I need to do, but all the chapters I covered were extremely detailed and showed the author both knows the topic first hand and that he did a through research. Totally recommended for those trying to understand the process of getting money to fund real estate projects and the perspectives of the actors involved in it.
Very useful if you are going to be a developer. Nathan Collier is amazingly qualified to write it. He holds education and experience that is enviable. It is a bit of a textbook that goes into some subjects deeply but the dealmaking case studies is light.
