The last of their kind Seventy years after graduating, Rosemary and Pearl are the last of their class remaining. Their former classmates suffered from tragic and mysterious deaths over the decades, leading some to suspect foul play. With the funeral for their final peer out of the way, it's one of their turns to die. Who will be left standing? "Senior Class" is a short story of geriatric horror and suspense. Set decades after the novel Raventree Hollow with all new characters, it can be enjoyed as a standalone story.

Nicely done! A short story related to Ryan Hoyt's "A Machete & Quill Horror" line of small town supernatural horror, with his novel "Raventree Hollow" being the first volume in the series. This story, "Senior Class," can be read on its own and is set many years after the events in the novel. It's geriatric horror, as described, since the central characters are about 90 years old, a couple of tough and smart ladies, who hate one another. Only one of them is right to hate the other, though; and the reason is indeed quite serious and horrific and, once revealed, you too will worry about that nasty granny!
This is a Chapbook that's very well written. It takes place in Raventree about 70 years apart from the beginning story. It's close to perfect pallet cleanser. I highly recommend this sidestory. I love the twist.
