This book, published in 1993, is quite remarkable. The main focus is on reinterpreting Revelation from the Bible in a positive, peaceful way. The book has three parts. The middle part, the longest, contains quotes from Revelation followed by comments by the author; some of her comments are in the form of divine information she receives while praying and meditating. I skimmed this part. The main theme in this section is to offer an inclusive, spiritual bent to traditional interpretations of Revelation. For example, a section might say that only the chosen people who believe in Jesus will go to heaven; her interpretation is that those who choose to accept that there is one God for everyone regardless of which religion they follow will go to heaven. She says numerous times that Jesus is no different from us, and that he knew how to focus in such a way that he could make the transition from homo sapiens to homo universalis. We are all capable of making this change, and we are approaching the point where we can make this happen. The first part of the book is a brief story of the author's life, which I found to be fascinating. The last part contains information on what we can do now to enhance our abilities to evolve, both individually and as part of a group. I personally don't believe that Jesus was a savior or the son of God, so for me, I substitute Christ energy for when she talks about Jesus/Christ.
For me, what she talks about is consistent with many groups today that are mobilizing and meditating to raise the frequency of the earth so that healing rather than destruction will take place. This was the first book I read of hers. In fact I did my ministerial term paper on some of her then concepts of our spiritual evolution. Her newer books fine tune these beginning ideas.
