Gunilla Norris writes such wonderful deceptively simple books. I always think that I have gotten everything she has to say --- until I sit down to read one of them again and then I remember how much she has to say in very few words.

I can't quite see me finding a group of people to meditate with, but that doesn't matter. The ideas in this book help me with my solitary solitude. I would recommend this to anyone considering meditation.
