Well done. I enjoyed reading about Hawthorne's stage career from the 1950s on. Ephemera, including letters, diary pages, programs, were very interesting to see. I liked how the author incorporated bits of biography without losing track of the main goal, which was the stage career. Learning about his South African theater years was interesting, too.
