I got this book on a whim from my local second hand bookstore. I have never read either of the other books in the series, but if I eventually find them I definitely will. This book was well written, and if you can push past it the misogyny is honestly so funny.
I will say I have a gripe with the fact that the main relationship has a weird age gap, bit this book was from the 80's soooo
I always thought this was my least favourite in the series, as it was the least memorable, but on this third(fourth?) re-read I find myself understanding and loving Geoffrey & Helene's relationship and internal monologues much, much more.
