Engaging plot, likeable characters, great chemistry between the hero and heroine, and dialogue that was genuinely enjoyable and even funny at times.

It’s so refreshing to read a historical romance where the hero isn’t an asshole and the heroine isn’t stupid. 😂 There’s also no frustrating, unnecessary misunderstanding driving the plot. Just two likeable characters with great chemistry, and a story that’s actually enjoyable to read. Though the ending was just a bit rushed. I didn’t want it to end. I really liked this one!
