Very good reference for bridge. Assumes you already know the rules, but starts bidding from the very start, explaining everything very thoroughly, ranging through opening, responses, pre-empted, slam bidding and more.
Explains the actual training behind the bids, which makes them easier to understand, and minimises the amount of stuff you need to memorize.
Writing is also very light, and author makes some funny contents, which makes it easier to read than a pure textbook reference.
