A series of ten letter that Levi wrote to his disciple, M. Montant, which explain many Kabbalistic concepts in a concise manner. Edited, with an introduction, by Darcy Kuntz. Translated by J.W. Hamiltion-Jones. Golden Dawn series 13.
Éliphas Lévi is the pen-name of Abbé Alphonse Louis Constant, a Roman Catholic priest and magician. His later writings on the Tarot and occult topics were a great influence on the Spiritualist and Hermetic movements of fin de siècle England and France, especially on such members of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn as Arthur Edward Waite and Aleister Crowley.

There are a lot of books out there explaining the Qabalah, but Elements of the Qabalah by Eliphas Levi is by far the best. I highly recommend this book for anyone that doesn't understand the Qabalah, or is wanting to learn. I found the book to be very easy to learn from, as well as remarkably helpful in path working. Elements of the Qabalah is also must have reference book to have in your collection. No matter what your beliefs are, you can enrich yourself, and achieve a higher understanding with this one book.
