This one was ok.

It's comprehensive, covering all aspects from the technical aspects of shooting, to how to interact with clients to post production and prints. I read it in 2022, so it just felt very dated. Wedding photography has moved on a lot both in technology and style, and there were a number of aspects that were really only relevant to english weddings which seem to be rather traditional compared to the weddings I shoot in Australia. There were a couple of posing and lighting tips that were useful, but i would probably direct someone in a different direction if they wanted to learn about shooting weddings today.

- When taking photo, take details of prop can better chronize events of the day (for instance, take photo of bridesmaids' shoes can show people are just getting ready, champagne glasses signal event in progress, cars signal people's arrival etc)

- Stance: feminine stance, think of ballet dancer with one feet slightly raised up in a slightly wider angle than 90 degrees between the feet. Wide open stance signal dominance

I wish all photography books were like this... Most of them are not what they seem to be.
